I owe my career to J.K. Rowling. Yes, the author of Harry Potter. I became a fan when Sorcerer's Stone was released in 1998. In high school I took an html class and made my own fan site. I enjoyed it so much that I went to school for design and taught myself programming. I still run Magical Menagerie as well as a site for actor Matthew Lewis.

Having graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor's Degree of Arts in Graphic/Information Design I was a Junior Programmer at a marketing agency until June 2012. Then I pursued a career in the fashion industry which led to working with StyleCaster in New York City for two years. Current clients include assisting in the marketing department at Digital Trends as well as freelancing for a web development agency.

In my spare time I love adding to my list of watched movies (1768) and finding ways to quote them in everyday conversation. I'm known as the Quote Master among friends. Fashion is another hobby of mine. I get a thrill hunting for designer bargains and unique pieces, but most of the time you'll find me in jeans and a sweater (with crazy heels.)
